Fujifilm X-S1 Camera Super Zoom 26x

Fujifilm launches with a super zoom camera named Fujifilm X-S1 using the EXR-based sensor with 12-megapixel 2/3-inch CMOS on the same semi-pro X10 camera to take better pictures in low light and combining pixel to reduce noise or increase the dynamic range at lower resolutions.

26X Optical Zoom, 24-624mm equivalent lens has optical stabilization and 9blade aperture produces a very soft background on an image or portrait macro with the Super Macro mode as close as 0.4 inches / 1 cm.

This camera makers are aware of problems common to the long optical zoom and has a 17-element array of lenses, with two elements using a dispersion that has been upgraded, theoretically able to keep the image remains sharp. Kameraini also promises a barrel zoom right but smooth with a metal body.

X-S1 can take photos with achieving ISO 12 800 in EXR mode and up to seven frames per second in full quality JPEG. Shutter lag as low as one hundredth of a second, according to Fujifilm while also capable of recording 1080p video at 30fps with stereo audio. Not to forget the camera is capable of producing output RAW file format.


As an X series cameras, this camera has full manual controls, including a generic dial to control functions based on context, as well as quick access to the focus, ISO, and other modes. Both the three-inch LCD with 460,000 pixel density and the electronic viewfinder 1.4-megapixel camera provides a preview. Build quality is the focus of unusual for this camera class: all the dial is metal, and rubber to improve grip body and strengthen the design.



So far, Fujifilm berenana will launch the X-S1 for Canada, Japan, and England. Japan will get the first time, on December 7, while Canada is scheduled for February 2012.

CX6 Ricoh camera with autofocus Super Fast, CMOS Sensor & 10.7X Optical Zoom

Ricoh has launched a Ricoh compact camera named CX6. This compact camera device focuses on speed and features a hybrid autofocus system with a key time in a short time only 0.1 seconds. This is the same autofocus system used in Ricoh CX5 which was launched earlier this year, and in addition it can keep pace not only through the entire zoom range gives the speed of 3fps but even with moving subjects.

The lens has an optical zoom equivalent to 10.7X zoom with 28mm, pretty good for wide angle, to the level-300mm telephoto.



Has a 2X zoom mode "super-resolution" to zoom 21.4x (equivalent to 600 mm), and 4.8x digital zoom for magnification up to 103X, equal to 2880 mm on a 35mm camera. Sensors used 10-megapixel, 1/2.3-inch CMOS that can help with low light. The camera is also equipped with a common exposure metering mode. CX6 Ricoh is equipped with 40MB of internal memory and supports external SD memory card. Sized 3-inch LCD screen with a 1:23 million dot.

Ricoh says that this camera will be available in black, white or pink.

Ricoh CX6 price around $ 413, the plan will be available in stores starting in early December, although the most likely to Europe and Japan first.

Ricoh CX6 represents one of the first products to come out since the Pentax Ricoh acquired with a value of $ 124 million from Hoya and could see the different strategies with greater resources than the Pentax.

Camera showdown: iPhone 4S vs. iPhone 4, Galaxy S II, Nokia N8 and Amaze 4G

Siri's sweet and all, but for many of us that new eight megapixel sensor and f/2.4 aperture lens are what really makes Apple's iPhone 4S an appealing upgrade. We spent the weekend shooting around New York City with the iPhone 4S, along with some other top smartphones -- the iPhone 4, Samsung Galaxy S II, Nokia N8 and HTC's Amaze 4G -- in order to determine just which phone's camera reigns supreme. And in order to capture video and stills with consistent framing among all five devices, we secured each smartphone to that homemade quintuple cameraphone mount that you see above.


The iPhone 4S is a pleasure to shoot with. The camera is ready to capture its first image within a second of launch, and tapping to focus after recomposing is painless and speedy. With advanced options limited to a grid overlay and HDR shooting, its interface may be too simple for some, but third-party apps are available should you want a bit more control. The camera functions identically to its iPhone 4 predecessor, but its f/2.4 maximum aperture (compared to f/2.8 with the iPhone 4) means that you'll be able to snap higher quality photos in low light. Its image quality rivals many point and shoot cameras in most conditions, though if you tend to shoot in the dark, you'll want a dedicated camera with a more powerful flash.

Apple's iOS may offer one of the simplest camera interfaces, but it's by no means the most powerful. Want manual control over exposure, white balance and ISO sensitivity? The Galaxy S II, Nokia N8 and Amaze 4G let you do it all with just a few taps. Overall, we were most often pleased with photos we shot with the iPhone 4S, despite its lack of advanced features. Exposure and white balance were most accurate with Apple's finest, and images were plenty sharp on their own, though not as sharp as those from the Amaze 4G, which appears to add sharpening by default.


attery life left us slightly less impressed, however. After about two hours of wandering around town, shooting several dozen photos and about 10 minutes of HD video with each device, the iPhone 4S had just 30 percent of battery left. Its predecessor, the iPhone 4 offered much better performance in the battery department, finishing the shoot with 52 percent remaining, even though we also used that device to check email multiple times and make several phone calls. Despite its enormous 4.3-inch AMOLED display, the Galaxy SII took top prize, with 53 percent left when we returned to the office, while the Nokia N8 had 50 percent remaining. And what about HTC's new Amaze 4G? Our around-town photo session wasn't nearly as kind on that smartphone's battery, with just 29 percent left at the end of the shoot.

NIKON 1 V1, J1 MIRRORLESS CAMERAS UNVEILED

 Nikon has announced two new compact system cameras: the Nikon 1 V1 and the Nikon 1 J1. We got our hands on both new cameras today, so until we can bring you our Nikon 1 V1 review, we�re happy to pass on our first impressions. The Nikon 1 V1 is the more serious of Nikon�s two new cameras. It features a larger battery, built-in viewfinder, a mechanical shutter and a hotshoe for accessories in order to separate it from its sibling the J1. It also only comes in black and white, whereas the J1 comes in a glorious range of colours, so you�re left with the sense that this is supposed to be photographer�s camera. In the hand the Nikon 1 V1 is surprisingly weighty. It isn�t the smallest or lightest of the compact system cameras out there, but offering up a built-in viewfinder, it finds itself up against the likes of the Sony NEX-7. It is well built, but has a sort of toy-like glory to the design, the curved ends and the rounded bump of the viewfinder giving it - especially in white - something of a plastic MacBook look and feel. It feels slightly removed from the raw metal or anodised finish of some Olympus or Panasonic Micro Four Thirds models. The Nikon 1 V1 offers a small hotshoe that will accept accessories - of which there are plenty - but without a built-in flash, you�ll find yourself reaching for the �129.99 bespoke Speedlight flash. With compact system cameras being hammered in the past for not including a flash, it�s a surprising move from Nikon. The electronic viewfinder, however, is very impressive. With a resolution of 1440k-dots, it is bright, clear, sharp and thanks to the eye-sensor in the housing, will activate as you lift the camera to your eye. It will be a great asset for those shooting in bright conditions where the screen isn�t as visible, or just for those moving from a DSLR who prefer the stability of holding the camera up to your face. Around the back the controls look rather conventional. Those who don�t get on with the stripped-down controls of Sony�s NEX range, might find themselves more at home with the Nikon 1, but that statement comes with a caveat. Many of the settings are accessed through the menu, which is rather conventional, lacking the sort of graphical approach of the Samsung NX200. If you want to flip over to manual shooting (or aperture or shutter shooting modes) it isn�t as immediate as we�d like, because you have to dig it out. Immediate shooting options for the mode you are in are offered by the F (function) button, but those are limited. The mode dial on the back offers four positions - surprising considering the empty space on the dial. These cover video capture, Auto and two modes Nikon are calling Smart Photo Selector and Motion Snapshot. At this price, and given that Nikon are considered a �traditional� photography company, we suspect that many will wonder why something as conventional as aperture priority doesn�t make it onto the dial. From the demos we saw, the two new shooting modes are clever. Motion Snapshot combines a MOV video file with a JPEG, essentially giving you a moving picture. This can be viewed on the camera (and presumably played on a large screen using the HDMI), but it does seem like an odd thing to commit to the dial over some more conventional options. The Smart Photo Selector is more common (best shot selector on some rival models) which takes a series of photos and then presents the best five to you. The prominence of these modes makes it appear as though the Nikon 1 V1 is pitched at those wanting good results easily, rather than the more creative photographer looking to experiment with traditional photography techniques. We also got to play with a couple of lenses. The pancake lens is 10mm (27mm in 35mm terms) and gives you a nice compact package. The kit zoom (10-30mm) locks down for compact storage rather like the Olympus Micro Four Thirds lenses, while the PD-Zoom (10-100mm) - along the same lines as Panasonic's Lumix G X lens - gives you a powered zoom control, ideal for shooting video, with a nice smooth, and silent action. The results we viewed on the back of the camera were all very impressive, but as is normal with these sorts of hands-on opportunities, we weren�t allowed to take any of the test shots away with us. Ultimately, that means that we have to leave any decisions on quality and whether the choice of a fairly small sensor is right for this new line of cameras until we get the camera in for a full review.

Leica is working on its own mirrorless compact camera range, and it will be launched at Photokina in 2012. The news comes from Leica CEO Alfred Schopf, who spoke to UK magazine Amateur Photographer during an interview yesterday.

Schopf was circumspect, but told AP that the cameras would have sensors at APS-C sized or bigger, and most likely feature a built-in electronic viewfinder. He also made the point that its the lens, not the camera which is important. �Our philosophy is that the best lenses will lead to better images,� he said. Leica chairman Andreas Kaufmann, also present, added that �Sensors are becoming a commodity, like film was. It�s happening now. APS you can buy rather cheaply.�
Of course, you can get a small, mirrorless body with Leica lenses now if you buy a Micro Four Thirds camera. What I�d love to see, but probably never will, is a cut-down version of the M9. The same lens-mount, the same rangefinder focussing and the same (presumably commodity) sensor, only in a less-solid body that doesn�t cost $7,000. Because if Leica just makes a Lumix GF1 with a red dot and a $2,000 price-tag, I�ll stick with the one I�ve already got. (www.wired.com)

New Sony SLT-A77 announced, shipping start this year

Sony A700 replacement will be coming this year. The long awaited A700 replacement, the SLT-A77 will be arriving in mid-2011, along with a new kit lens, new flash, new battery grip, and more exciting, a 500mm f/4 G-series lens. While not officially announced, here’s what Sony has to say about the A77 in their press for the C+ photo tradeshow (Google translated for your convenience):

The trio consists of the S3100, the ultra-slim and stylish successor to the enormously popular S3000, the S4100 with smart touch operation, and the 16 megapixel S6100 compact shooter with 7x zoom lens.

The COOLPIX S3100 builds on the success of the COOLPIX S3000, Europe's best selling camera of 20101, offering an ultra-slim (18.4mm) body, greater zoom, improved screen brightness and HD (720p) movie recording.

The COOLPIX S9100 introduces zoom capabilities that are almost inconceivable in such a slim, lightweight model, with its impressive 18x NIKKOR wide-angle lens offering a range from 25mm to 450mm1.

To ensure sharp shooting in any situation, a highly sensitive back illuminated CMOS image sensor means that even in low light or extremely bright conditions, the camera will easily capture the scene, so both night and day shots are recreated exactly as you experienced them. Completing the package, Full (1080p) HD movie-recording with stereo sound offers more versatility than ever before.

A new Easy Panorama feature extends your view even further by offering 360° and 180° photos. While you pan vertically or horizontally across a scene, the camera's CMOS sensor takes a rapid burst of frames which are merged to instantly create a beautiful panorama.

Throw away the tripod and get stunning pictures in any situation
Disappointing nighttime images are a thing of the past with the COOLPIX S9100. A back illuminated 12.1 megapixel CMOS image sensor increases the amount of light that each pixel receives, improving sensitivity and eliminating blurring, to deliver superb performance in any light.

When used in the advanced Night Portrait mode, which is easily selected via the mode dial, the camera reproduces night scenes and indoor portraits exactly as the user sees them.
