PCSX2 SVN r4618 - PlayStation 2 emulator for Windows and Linux

After official pcsx2 0.9.8(r4600) released, SVN r4618 was out with some fixes. PCSX2 is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.

pcsx2 & spu2x: allow to compile[0] with lto on linux. It removes an useless wx feature on linux.

[0]: it needs gold linker, tuning parameter large-function-growth to 5000 and gcc-4.6.

Also added Valkyria Profile 2 Italy to the gamedb and GSdx crc list. By Leucos.
