Sony Ericsson plans to launch its latest Android device as Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo. Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo works on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo is having bulk of features.

Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo is having specifications such as 4-inch display screen, 8.1 mega pixel back facing camera, front facing camera for video charting, 300MB of internal memory, microSD card slot, USB connectivity, 3.5mm headphone jack, mini HDMI output, Wi-Fi and 1500mAh battery.

Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo will be shown in Mobile World congress 2011. There are no other details about this device.
