Samsung adds another members of their entry-level feature phone line-up by introducing the new Star 3 and Star 3 DUOS (the Dual-SIM version). The successors of the Star 2 (that was released exactly a year ago) look almost exactly alike with the companys popular Galaxy Y
(and technically with Apples iPhone as well). The difference is, these new phones dont actually run the Android OS; their aim is to deliver simplified user experience at an affordable (or much cheaper) price.

Measuring 102 x 58 x 11.5 mm and weighing just 95 grams, the Star 3 phones come with pretty basic specs such as a 3-inch QVGA display with Samsungs TouchWiz Lite UI, 20MB of internal storage, a microSD slot (up to 32GB), and a 3.2-megapixel camera.
These featurphones also offer basic connectivity set too like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, FM radio, GPRS / EDGE, and a 3.5mm audio jack. These, however, dont support GPS and 3G connectivity.
The Star 3 and Star 3 DUOS will start rolling out early next month. But Samsung failed to disclose the specific prices for both phones.
