Prestigio MultiPad PMP5080B is a capacitive tablet with 8-inch screen, running Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
The new model weighs about 510 grams and is assembled in a housing-matt black plastic with thickness of 11.2 mm. With a 4:3 screen display resolution of 800 x 600 pixels and has on its right four tactile buttons, respectively a front webcam with 2 MP resolution.
Configuration includes an ARM Cortex-A8 processor clocked at 1 GHz, 512 MB RAM and graphics core facilities for 3D acceleration provided by OpenGL 2.0 API. Internal storage capacity is 4 GB and can be extended by up to 32 GB by attaching a micro SDHC memory card. Connectivity options include HDMI output and headphone jack connector of 3.5 mm.
Internet access is facilitated by Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and for optimum playback of web pages tablet that supports Adobe Flash 10.1 technology.
Android 2.3 features personalized interface and comes with an additional set of preinstalled applications such as Maps, Photos, YouTube player, social networks like Facebook and Twitter, respectively Office Suite Pro to view the Microsoft Office 2003/2007 and 2010.
From the collection of games that are delivered we can talk about Angry Birds, Raging Thunder, Classic Solitaire and Chess.
Prestigio MultiPad PMP5080B has available a Li-Polymer battery with 5400 mAh capacity, for which we are promised a good autonomy of 4 hours video playback or 6 hours when listening to audio files.
