The Brazilian version of Gizmodo has gotten themselves a scoop about what could be a cheaper version of the iPhone 4. Apparently, there is a Foxconn factory in Brazil and Gizmodo Brazil has able to get an actual unit that looks like the usual iPhone 4, but comes with a quality control form that displays a different model number.
However, do not expect these new iPhone 4�s to become available soon. The device that Gizmodo Brazil has in its hands does not meet Apple�s manufacturing standards, judging from the note scribbled in the �reprovado� (�disqualified�) section: It is Portuguese for �lenses stained.�
Although we may have to wait longer to get an iPhone 4 at a seemingly cheaper price, Apple may have something else come Tuesday. It could be anext-gen iPhone for all we know.
